Bola is a social crusader for the equality of women, girls and persons with disability. She is known within her cricks as the Ambassador of Peace and was awarded same by the Peacemakers Guide Humanitarian Commissioners of Peace Forum of Nigeria (PM GUIDE- CPFN). She is the first female Chairperson of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, (NYCN) Oyo State between 2017-2021. She also serves as the Executive Director of The Young and Woman initiative (YAWI) an NGO she founded in the year 2019. She also work as Principal Research Fellow at the Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria.

Considering her efforts in the promoting social justice and ethnic diversity, as well as her stabilizing role in the #EndSARS movement, she was appointed by the Governor of Oyo state to serve as a Judicial Member of the Oyo State Judicial Panel of Enquiry on Police Brutality. She is also a Member, Steering Committee of Oyo State Economic Development Plan.

Bola is the Youth Representative of the Civil Society Coalition on Sustainable Development, CSCSD Oyo State and was a Youth Leader and presently the District Commandant of the Girls’ Brigade Nigeria

She is passionate about ensuring the prevalence of justice and equity in the huts and hamlets of Nigeria and the world which makes her a recipient of many awards e.g Award of Excellence 2018, Legend award 2019, Leadership award 2020, Role Model award 2021 marking international women’s day, Youth Motivator 2022 to mention a few.

She is happily married and blessed with children.
